Wing Plan ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use wingplan.ai, how we use it, and your rights around that data. By using Wing Plan, you agree to the practices described here.

What Data We Collect

• •Email address: Collected when you join the Wing Score Plus waitlist or create an account. Used to send you product updates, your Wing Score results, and relevant notifications.
• •Financial questionnaire answers: Responses to the Wing Score questionnaire — income range, savings rate, debt load, emergency fund status, and similar readiness indicators. These are used exclusively to calculate your Wing Score.
• •Wing Score: Your computed financial readiness score and sub-scores, derived from your questionnaire answers.
• •Usage data: Pages visited, quiz completion events, and general usage patterns. Collected via Google Analytics to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is attached to analytics events.
• •Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type — standard server and analytics logs. This data is not linked to your identity.

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure database platform that encrypts data at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and TLS. Wing Plan does not store payment card information — any future billing will be handled by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) under their own privacy terms.

How We Use Your Data

• •Wing Score calculation: Your questionnaire answers are used to compute your Wing Score and category sub-scores.
• •Product communication: We send you your Wing Score results, waitlist updates, and product launch announcements.
• •Wing Score Plus features: When you subscribe to Wing Score Plus, your data powers personalized dashboards, goal tracking, and week-by-week Wing Plans.
• •Product improvement: Aggregated, anonymized data helps us improve our scoring model and content.

Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted third parties to deliver Wing Plan:

• •Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Data is stored in their secure cloud infrastructure.
• •Vercel: Our hosting and deployment platform. Traffic passes through their global edge network.
• •Google Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics. We do not share personally identifiable information with Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

• •Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• •Correction: You can request corrections to inaccurate data.
• •Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
• •Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

Children's Privacy

Wing Plan is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or by a notice on the site.
