Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wing Plan (wingplan.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access Wing Plan.

Service Description

Wing Plan is a financial readiness tool that helps young professionals understand their current financial position through a questionnaire-based scoring system (the "Wing Score"). Wing Plan is designed for educational and informational purposes only.

Wing Plan does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The Wing Score and any associated content, recommendations, or suggestions are informational only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed financial professional. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or attorney before making significant financial decisions. Your financial situation is unique — no scoring tool can fully account for your individual circumstances, goals, or risk tolerance.

User Responsibilities

• •Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information in the Wing Score questionnaire. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs.
• •Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@wingplan.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
• •Acceptable use: You agree not to use Wing Plan for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring model, scrape the service without permission, or interfere with its operation.
• •Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Wing Plan.

Wing Score — Limitations

The Wing Score is a proprietary metric based on responses to a financial questionnaire. It is:

• •Informational only: Scores reflect your self-reported financial inputs and do not constitute an assessment of creditworthiness, investment suitability, or eligibility for any financial product.
• •Point-in-time: Your score reflects your situation at the time of the questionnaire. It does not update automatically and may not reflect changes to your finances.
• •Not exhaustive: The Wing Score covers key readiness dimensions but cannot account for every aspect of your financial life.

Wing Score Plus — Subscription Terms

Wing Score Plus is a premium subscription tier (currently in development). When available:

• •Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Prices will be disclosed clearly before purchase.
• •Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
• •Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• •Changes to pricing: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change affecting your subscription.

Affiliate Disclosure

Wing Plan may contain links to third-party financial products or services (such as savings accounts, brokerage platforms, or credit products). We may earn a referral fee if you click a link and open an account or make a purchase. This does not affect our editorial independence — we only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on Wing Plan — including the Wing Score methodology, text, design, code, and branding — is the property of Wing Plan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wing Plan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wing Plan and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including financial decisions made based on your Wing Score or any content on the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state where Wing Plan is registered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of Wing Plan after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
